Morning buddies!

Gosh this is so hard trying to get under 150 pounds. I really have slowed down with the weight loss. Going to have to rethink about my diet. Have a great Friday and a fantastic weekend!
68.3 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know the feeling Bowd, I think every now and then we have to fool our bodies into a kickstart. I think that's what I have to do too which is very annoying because I love what I eat and don't want to change, dammit!

I've been saying for a while that weight loss is mostly a mind game. Ever since I gave myself permission to plateau, the weight has been sliding off. Go figure...reverse psychology works! LOL

Best of luck with finding something to kick-start things. I've read some of the people on here having a binge day then back to their new WoE and that works for them. I think the key is "binge day" not "binge month" like I did though ...

Thanks buddies, i think i should try the reverse psychology Kes, although a binge day sounds good too Phooka. 😁 Hopefully ST i will find something that kick-starts my metabolism soon 🤔
