Morning buddies!

My weight has been up and down again this week and to be honest my mind hasn't been really on watching what i eat. I have just finished night shifts and i think it's also due to being a little apprehensive about my hospital visit today. This is my first year check up since surgery and radiotherapy. It was 4th of May last year that i was told i had breast cancer and what a year that was. I am sure all will be okay and i will keep on thinking positives thoughts for this afternoon.

Then I can enjoy my holiday in the Forest of Bowland next week, which believe me I am really looking forward to! Although the weather is changing again for next week, which is just typical, but I won't let that dampen my spirits either.

Positive thoughts are a key to health, for sure! Night shifts can really throw a body off balance. Wishing you great results.

I love the Forest of Bowland, I'm envious, I'm now in Kent - we used to go to Whalley and then drive round Bowland every spring. Apparently if the Queen were ever to step down she's go and live in the Forest of Bowland - she does own it after all.

PS You'll know you're fit if you can climb Pendle hill - I got about 10 feet and gave up.

need advice am 15 5`6 and weight is 219 I workout every body parts each week and do 5 minutes of cardio is that good or nit backfired doughts

@Bbentley7901 It would be inappropriate for anyone on here to give you advice due to your age. I suggest you get an appointment with a nutritionist through your family GP as you haven`t finished growing yet and you have different nutritional needs.

@fattyfattyboombooms I've told Bbentley7901 to eat real food and give up processed and suggested links, but I agree that no-one should give them a diet to follow.

Thanks for your support buddies. Today was better than i expected. The consultant spoke to me after i had the mammograms and he said that everything looks good. He would examine the previous ones to compare and send out the final results by letter and phone me next week. I told him I was away, so he asked me to leave my mobile phone number with reception. I can now go away feeling much happier and enjoy the holiday
