Losing more weight than planned, I am eating well and not going hungry, so unsure as to the cause. I have a couple of worries on my mind, which will both be resolved this week one way or another, so maybe once I am more relaxed my weight will settle again. Great to be losing and not gaining, but I am getting too thin now in my opinion.

I will try logging daily on here to see that I am getting all my macros right, i am certainly getting all the vitamins and minerals as I eat such a varied diet.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi Lorney... just started on this site again... not to lose weight but to maintain the loss. Really interested in your daily diet as certain things I've avoided like bacon, mayonnaise, eggs, bread. So if I can include these and still take off a bit more wight I would be a really happy dieter. Please keep your diet calendar going.

Ok kenmarrable, I will make sure I log daily for the foreseeable. I will say though that I follow a low carb way of eating, so my foods may seem strange to some, but it is definitely filling and flavoursome.

1st May... 3 cups of tea with skimmed milk, one pink lady apple, steamed vegetables (spinach, leeks and carrots) topped with a poached egg.Only 460 calories but spoilt it all with a double helping of strawberries and vanilla ice-cream (couldn't control the urge) plus using the left over carrots as sticks to dip into some hummus.Took the total to well over 1,000 calories (I imagine). Strange thing was that on weighing myself this morning I had lost another pound... so 166 with only 2 to go to hit my first target. No idea what the second target will be... perhaps to maintain the first!

Do you find you crave quite often for things like ice cream? Your diet intake today was very low in fats, which help to control your appetite, everything was quite high in sugars, all be it natural ones (not including the ice cream!). Maybe try using double or unsweetened clotted cream with your strawberries, higher fat and will feel indulgent but won't do so much damage.
