Day 85 - Well no bounce back from yesterday - That was very pleasing. My mini target of getting under 14 stone by end of month (88.9 kg) now looks feasible. It would be nice to reach it by Friday day 90 to make 90 days lost 16Kg.

Today I am gardening and finishing off making a pair of wooden planters - We are growing some chilli plants again this year. We have five plants at the moment but I can see that doubling.
