A concerted effort after Easter has worked very well - 2.4kg in five days -Four days of IF and low carb and a five day average of just 1250 cals were obviously key. I weighed myself today an hour later than normal and a full roast dinner will be happening today so I am expecting some bounce back.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
