I am just about to complete another IF day having consumed 27g of net carbs. and only 989 calories yesterday.
I had a raging toothache yesterday and didn't get to sleep until 4 AM it's a little better now and I feel OK but shattered
I am now under 200lbs for the first time in (I think) 19 years. The next mini milestone is to be under 14 stone(88.9Kg), it would be great to make that by month end but that is a stretch.

Ouch.. so sorry to hear about your toothache. It's a real.nuisance. Hope you have s much better night, but get it sorted asap. Nothing worse than suffering when you don't need to.😵
Great about getting into the' Onzie ' club. You've worked hard to get there. Not sure about being under the 14 stone by the end of the month ( and April is a shorter month anyway ). But you never know?

Good news the toothache is mostly gone. Today spent 4 hours fitting a fence for a neighbour. I am five minutes from my IF food lockdown. Just had a large five egg cheese omelette lovely. Five mins to find some more low carb for the day.It's looking like it will have to be a tin of tuna
