Another gap in my diet calendar.

Two birthdays and valentines meant meals out,take-outs, and chocolates galore, still could have been worse.

Back on track again now. Got to learn not to go off the rails so often, undoing the effort I've put in
67 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
