Yes, Steven. Restricted to upper body at the moment. Miss the leg work.

I hear you Bruce, injuries are nasty. Last year It was the upper body for me, lower body exercise only due to herniated disk in Feb and a re-injured rotator cuff in June. It's a bugger getting old...still have to be very careful with the shoulder. Hope your weekend and month ahead goes well.
