Just back from hols a fun week in the Isle of Wight and trying to get myself back into a more formal diet. I totted up 80 miles walking in the last week to try and offset a non low carb week. It probably helped but I still am 0.7kg above what I was before I left.

that is something to be proud off 80 miles so you have had a nice time and ate to many carbs but today is a new day of less carbs keep going we all have to have fun along the way
