I increased my SDI(Set Daily Intake) yesterday by 100 calories. Yep, I'm riding the maintenance wave...
70.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If anyone wants to lose weight fast, put 30 pounds on your back and walk for one mile. I guarantee you will lose up to two pounds by the time the walk is over if you maintain your same calorie intake. Use a weighted vest if you have one or put weight in a back pack and enjoy the walk. Let me know your results please. Also do not over hydrate.

@Hofkid, That's a good idea and tip. My wife and I sometimes walk to the grocery store and I return home with some items in my back pack. Thanks for the tip!!!
