Sixth day of IF all is going well but it's quite tough -I was hungry going to bed and woke up with a growling tummy and nearly 3 hours to breakfast time. With a holiday coming up - My mini challenge to myself prior to going is to have three days below 20g of total carbs. I have been tracking my metrics on an excel graph -I'm sad that way -Hopefully Mrs Maths will mark me an A plus?

The idiot box was in a good mood today - Nearly a Kg loss from yesterday, dead pleased.I guess the low carb thing has finally given me a whoosh? More of that please.

Today is my weekly visit to my old Mum do catch up and do the shopping for her - She is a bit poorly today as she had a cataract sorted yesterday. So I will be especially caring.

The beauty of a fast is that if you have to, you can break it early. You can always go back to the 'right' time the next day with 16:8 if you have to. Some days you'll do 18:6. That's why it's so good. Have a great day!
