A fourth day of 16/8 IF is about to be completed here and yesterday a very low calorie day 1225 cals but higher carbs at 55g. Average cals for the last four days was 1353. I was hoping for a little instant karma for my efforts but no.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
