Well i was amazed with my weight result this morning, very happy indeed!

I have been quite active both in and out of work and making sure i drink plenty. My diet has also been quite good too. I just need to stay focused and hopefully i will get to sub 11 stone sooner, before the end of March 😊
70.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Definately Phooka, less stress i think and especially only doing 3 days at the moment. Also knowing i will only do 4 days at the start of April. Feeling much happier in myself makes all the difference.

If you're lose weight much faster than this you'll be sub 11st before the end of February! So I think you've definitely got it sorted for end of March. Glad you're feeling much happier and healthier.

Thanks buddies! Ha ha Mrs M you do make me chuckle. Yes ARB i was pretty shocked as I have lost 2.5 pounds altogether this week. The other week i lost nothing, my body seems to do it's own thing, but i am not complaining as I am losing weight. I have to say though, this is the best I have ever done and i am putting it down to FS and the wonderful support on here.
