I have to honest with my Buddies and myself. I blew it this week. I wanted to stay under my set goal weight the majority of days this week. It didn't happen. I thought I would be able to stay in the Blue every day this week. That didn't happen either. I brought my wife way too much of her favorite chocolate covered nuts for Valentines Day and promptly ate most of them. I did well on my food calories but my snacking on the candy was out of control and completely off the chain...
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Valentine candy is always hard to have in the house if it was in mine i would have ate it too.

Maybe if every other commercial on TV wasn't a pizza or Taco Bell commercial we could ALL be a little more successful...LOL It doesn't help that a lot of my favorite shows are on Food Network either. I try to throw in a couple of episodes of My 600lb Life to balance it out though....LOL

Yup - happens to us all. When I was in the foot boot, I was off the hook with Doritos...but finally stopped a couple weeks ago.

I'm a weakness when it comes to nuts, especially peanuts. I eat approx 2-3 lbs a week. You do so well so often don't beat yourself down. Most would love to have your results. Keep at it. This post gives me pause to cut back myself. I'm 2 lbs over my goal.
