Well, it's moving. Ironically, i haven't logged my food, i just have been eating pretty much the same thing for the past week or so. Meaning, same foods, same quantifies (measured!) and stopping at night except for a cup of cocoa before bed since it's cold and I won't turn the heat on too high. I also stayed off the scale for a good week.
I need to start tracking again, I know. In the long run it's better for me. Also need to get my butt out with the dogs again, but work has been a late night bear recently.
