Tuesday’s numbers, blob down, water way down, muscle okay, weight stayed the same. Long walk last night, finally back to San Diego sleeping hours. Eating my normal food more or less. Also had to visit the mothership yesterday for a few hours. Busy with projects, so keeping it short. Onwards!

Avocado overripe, but okay with two chicken flautas.

Seared ahi tuna and pesto cauliflower risotto w/cottage cheese for a protein boost since i was fairly low today. Delicious tasting and the texture is close to real risotto but missing the parm.
