Ok so after several surgeries I am finally back to where I feel good enough to get going again on losing some weight and getting on a better diet. I now have a membership at Planet Fitness and it felt good to go through one of my old exercise routines. My goal is to walk for 30 min. in the morning before work and then an hour or so after work with cycling, weights, etc. at Planet Fitness. I will be doing this 5 days a week. In addition I have started juicing, growing my own sprouts and micro greens. I am also doing foot soaks with magnesium to improve overall health. Any comments or suggestions? Have I left anything out?
105.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
