Unexpected exercise today I helped unload and carry a new kitchen - It was about 0.5 hr intense work and 8 hrs of driving. Also sold 360 of my old vinyl records. So far my newly arrived kettle bells are looking lonely. ~Perhaps tomorrow.
103 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 33 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
