Bang on 11 and half stones! Hope it's actually fat loss, and not water weight or fluctuations...

Even if it is water weight it still counts. Obviously your body didn`t need that water so released it. No-one wants to carry an extra 2 lbs, whether it is fat or water. Good loss. X

Good loss - I agree with Ffbb it doesn't really matter what sort of loss it is, its a new lowest number which means you've clearly lost something (you've still got all your fingers and toes I assume) -
