Well to be honest I am lucky to have stayed the same this week. Maybe next week will show a gain, who knows!

I am due another meal out with brother and sis-in-law, that might be next week, or I might leave it until the following week to be on the safe side!!! eeek
58.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
