Well that was a surprise, didn't expect another 2 lbs off this week! Surprisingly still going well.

We are away at the weekend and will be visiting hubby's aunt and uncle on Monday - been invited to stay for lunch, ham egg and chips.......... :)
58.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

They are very old mechanical scales, but seem to be pretty friendly, so I is sticking with them! Hope you are feeling better soon Mrs M!
