Putting in the weigh-in but have not been very good, am trying not to buy lunch but that means am bringing in some leftovers, which are cooked well (diet wise) but may be they are different. Also, although I have been off sweets for a very long time, I made some rocky road to get rid of the kids haribo sweets (cut them all up small) it is in the fridge and since I have been cycling every day to work and back (on my electric bike) (30 miles, I said before didn't I!) I just want to eat more and more and the rocky road keeps calling me.

I am resolved to be happy, just recording why, I have lost lots and feel and look great (so far as my husband says) and the remaining three stone will come off as and when.
88.1 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
