MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!! Well, I made it to Christmas Eve morning, still in the Blue. All bets are off now. We made Eggnog last night and of course I had to taste test some and ate some Fruit cake. I was a little concerned when I got on the scales this morning. I ate 139% of my RDI yesterday but all was well. Take time to ENJOY the holidays...

I know! I have been eating well above my RDI for most of December and do not feel too awful - my clothes all fit the same. My issue is the foot surgery limiting my gym time...

Thanks guys! @ HCB I feel ya, We have been so busy upgrading the house, I haven't had time to get out and exercise. I have been doing the best I can here at home and feel good about what I have been able to do. Heck, even my exercise equipment is in storage. Luckily, there are other ways. I'm gad you are doing well after the surgery. I have been there and done that. It may be the first week in February before we see normalcy in routine again. Although, my weight is holding fairly steady, I have lost some muscle tone. I'm looking forward to getting my equipment set back up and warmer weather. I'm getting my head together for the challenges of 2017. May you and yours have Happy Holidays...
