Paleo Judy's Journal, 13 Dec 16

Mini-target WK1/day 2. Just stayed the same weight today. Meals were OK and I did do some walking, but I added in a silly chocolate wine drink and some Schloer and these pushed the calories up. Normally, I stick to mineral water (still and fizzy) and Twinings teas (lemon and ginger, peppermint and apple and blackcurrant). These are safe for calories and for blood sugar.

Looks like there's a new app for uploading images (displayed just below the journal entry). Hopefully it's going to be easier now. I'll have to try it out.

Chocolate wine? That sounds interesting. I usually stick to fruit teas and sparkling water too ... after my one bucket of coffee a day in the morning with cream. Much better for avoiding sugar spikes and more interesting than tap water too

Since I'm a bit of a chocoholic, I couldn't resist the name "Chocolate Drops". It's actually only red wine with a slight hint of dark chocolate. I saw it at B & M, but I notice they are advertising it online for Sainsbury's. See if I can paste in the bottle image and description. Odd idea, but actually tasted very nice if you like chocolate. I'll try this code, but if it doesn't work, you can just bring it up on google. https://puu.sh/sObnZ/c983b0055c.png
