WK1 Record 1 for my new mini-target method. Promising start because lost half a pound. Starting point yesterday was 140.5 lbs and weight today is 140.0 lbs. Mini-target for this week will be to get to 138 lbs by end of week i.e by record 7 next Sunday. There's a good rationale for a solution-focused approach with breaking down into smaller goals, so see if it works. If not, I can always blame Phooka, because it was her idea (:
