Can't wait to be fat-adapted again. I would like to get back to IF, but I just can't do more than 12 hours fasting. I've got 8.5 lbs and 27 days to get to my goal. Totally do-able. I'm planning on going pants shopping for my birthday. WOOOOO!!!
