Yikes, 195 lbs! A minor setback in the past couple weeks. Getting back into focus.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That is exactly correct, focus. I need to do the same as we had company staying with us for 4 days over Thanksgiving. Jumped 6 pounds in 4 days, wow. Got back on track Sunday afternoon and already have taken 2 pounds back off. Back to 2000 calories and 120 oz. of water. I can do this.
