I started the day yesterday on plan. The kids came by yesterday evening and we had Thanksgivings leftovers. Same foods for dinner but eaten with moderation...
69.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
