Pleased with that. My weight has been dropping all week and I am thrilled to be sub 200 once again. I think it is more to do with the low temperatures, and my body burning energy to keep warm, than it is diet. Mind you, my waist has stayed the same during all the ups and down. Wherever the weight is going it is not on my tum.
Today is the last working day I have on my books, but today we will see what Lorna, my Branch Manager, has planned for December. Hope it is not too busy.
My son says that his mum expects to get home sometime next week so life is beginning to return to normal.

The 200 milestone is pretty major so well done. It won't take you long to see drops most days/weeks now you're back in the groove. Take care!

Absolutely fantastic drop, Jocko! I was very frustrated when I'd lost a lot of weight and my tummy still looked big. However, although I haven't lost any more weight over the last couple of months, my tummy has got much flatter. I think the weight has redistributed itself over my body - lol! Perhaps that will happen to you too.

Great weight loss Jocko. I would like to be sub Zero before Xmas too. You have inspired me to try for this goal. Delighted to learn that your life is settling back to normal again. Hubby has jacked in his part-time driving job ( though I never wanted him to do it in the first place, but he enjoyed getting out and about) due to the fact he has been notching up the speeding fines of late! Have a good day, keep your hat on buddy, its cold out there, especially UP NORTH

Doobrie: I am the opposite. My waist size came down with my weight, but the increase in weight recently DID NOT lead to an increase in waist measurement. My belt still cinches up to the last hole. Mrs Maths: My van is fitted with a tracker, connected to GPS, so if I speed it flashes up on the office computer and I would be out on my ear. They checked my tracker yesterday (another story) and there was no speeding and no heavy braking over the full shift.

It's good to hear you're a careful driver, as well as a steady slimmer, great buddy, and all-round nice guy 😀 Glad to hear your waist didn't suffer!

Pleased for you. I hope you're elated! I tried to work out what you might be feeling like with that news and elated was what I got - and proud and positive and a whole lot of other stuff.. and if you're not feeling those things - well I think you should be :)
