I was attacked by the snack monster last night. He did some damage but I was finally able to get away after a few punches...
69.4 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

LOL! Sometimes I do that even with gluten free "healthy" rice crackers...

John, I get my friends Ben & Gerry to help combat the snack monster...downside is they are bad rascals in their own right....super calorie dense at 335 cal per cup & one cup is really, really tiny IMHO. Hope you have a great and blessed Thanksgiving time with family!!
