Well despite a really good week with diet and exercise, only one pound loss. I am still pleased though as I can see a difference now. Ready for another week, onwards and downwards we go! 😀
77.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Seeing the difference and feeling the difference is more important than the numbers. and 1lb down is still 1lb in the right direction. Well done!

Thanks ST and Phooka. Thinking about it, my short term goal was to get to 12 stone or just under by Christmas, whch is now only 2 pounds away!

You'd have to do some major eating and drinking to fail that goal in the just-less-than 5 weeks we have to Xmas! That's brilliant, Bowd!
