So I have lost some of my weight I gained, I have been waiting for hunger signals and only eating to satisfaction, truly listening to the messages from my body. I haven't been moving much due to a chest infection, but this will change when I am recovered. I plan to continue eating this way and see what happens, I may lose more or will settle where I am, which I am happy with.

I've an inkling that there's so much tech vying for our attention (amongst other things) we forget to listen to our bodies. It sounds like you've hit the nail on the head. I hope you recover from your infection soon.
