First day of the rest of my life. Back to work today, back on the diet wagon and down is the only direction I will countenance. Even got my data allowance back from today.
Watch this space.

Go for it..! I find pre preparing my daily meals helps using reusable Kilner jars and klick-lok sealable plastic boxes, (For salad stuff) really helps with portion control.
