It's my Birthday today and I'm 69 years old. Oh dear! I've only dropped 1 lb in weight.
Lunch was roast beef cooked on the BBQ and it was pouring with rain, so we used large patio umbrella. With roast parsnips, mash potato, cabbage and strong gravy. yummy!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all lovely people. I have been very lucky with my health to reach this age without too many illnesses. But then before taking any medication that the doctors advise I always thoroughly investigate the need for them. As I believe that medication can upset the balance of our body. As in the case of statins, as they have never been proven to work as a preventive to heart or stroke problems. But they cause more illnesses and death.
