Well today it is my turn to say, 'I've been good, but my weight has gone up!' I record everything, so I know it's not fat, it's only water, so I'll just carry on as normal this week, and hope for a better number next week. The weather is nice, so we're going to the coast today, and will probably have lunch out, which will be a nice treat 😀
66.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It happens some time doesn't it, but you have the right attitude. No walking for me today - terrible weather, pouring with rain and forecast until this evening. I may have to dust off the Rosemary Conley DVD to get in some exercise today - no lycra though!!

Sounds like you have a good day planned. Hope you have/had a good time. As for the weight, as Maria Richards says, it sounds like you've got the right attitude. It won't be hanging around for long!

Don't be discouraged. I went up a few days back and have since plummeted back down, losing what I had supposedly put on plus a bit more. Looks quite impressive but I'm sure there's an explanation (water retention or some such). Hope you're doing OK.

Thanks all for support. The lunch was very nice, and we had a little explore round town and out to a small bay that's popular for swimming, where we hadn't been before. We didn't have time for a swim though. I didn't overeat, either, and weight is trickling back down now. I should be able to get in a good walk this evening before going quizzing, so that will help too.

Hi Heidi! Could this weight gain be due to muscle gain? You walk and/or hike frequently.
