normal weigh in is Monday, but the beauty of not being at a class is I can chose not to record it as it was up, been good up to today okay and that and some has gone. I hope to drop under the next stone by the weekend, which will be brilliant, but for now just under a lb loss.
89.0 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
