Thanks switching over to 'living' weight weigh in rather than fighting weight. I.e out of bed onto scales rather than after morning 4 mile walk. So expect .5-1.5 gain ... Fat mass down to <18℅ so getting ready to switch over to maintenance/muscle gain .
