ops! Not been well after migraine and did not do any long walks. Idiot!!
Longer walk today from home (Harleston) to Redenhall and back across country footpaths steps 8,745 = 4.2 miles in windy weather. Steps 10,111. No migraine
88.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
