I am over the moon this morning. Got past 195 for the first time since I started watching what I eat. Halleluah! It can be done! And it's encouraging. 10 more pounds before my vacation hopefully.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
