First day lifting in over 2 weeks. Didn't want to do it. Felt great after.
89.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I will lift for the first time in two weeks today also. One week recovery and last week I was sick and this week was an indoor cycling challenge.

That's usually how exercise works. Don't want to-happy you did. The only work out you regret is the one you didn't do!
