Finding it difficult to stay on track with so many stressors. I'm get back to it. In the mean time, staying where I am will have to do.
89.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, you guys. I'm doing okay. I head down south again in a week if things don't change and make me go sooner.
