Woo Hoo, we walked 26.2 miles on Saturday night in the SHINE overnight marathon. You can see our progress on https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Zoe-Michelle-walk (you may have to copy and paste the address to see it).

I am happy with this loss.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
