Lost eight pounds in the space of 8 days.

Admittedly I have been on the straight & narrow since those holiday excesses of over a week ago; as well as being back on the treadmill and/or exercise bike nearly every day since then.

Still seems quite a lot to loose in just a short space of time: I did think perhaps there was a problem with the weighing scales I used when I weighed in at 231 lbs - although I did check myself 3 times in 3 separate locations just to check I wasn't getting inaccurate readings.

And again this morning, I weighed myself in 3 different locations in my home and got the same result. So I guess my scales are fairly accurate after all.

So I'm in the psychologically uplifting "15 stone zone" Not perfect by any means; but is certainly better than being in the "16 stone zone", or worse.

I realize that next week's weigh-in won't quite see such a significant fall now that my body is leveling itself out; but at least I'm heading in the right direction (and I won't be indulging in silly treats or indulgences to celebrate either, lol)

Onwards and Downwards, as they say :)
