I said when I started that I would do this WOE until it stopped working.. I think it has. I'm lost. I don't know what to do..
97.1 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Read "Bon Bons to Yoga Pants" by Katie Cross. Maybe it will help you get back on track. It did for me. This is not a diet book. It is a Health and Happiness book that just has the side benefit of helping you lose weight and get in shape. Stick with it. Good luck.

I usually puck up my calorie intake for a couple of days and then drop them back down. I feel it tricks my body to not stall.
