Can't believe it 3 pound loss!!


Happy, Happy, Happy!!!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Bowd65 Good weight loss, water or not it's still Brill!!! so nice to read you have a rescue dog all my dogs have come from rescue centres and I've had a few.....
