Same here - Did an apple pie yesterday - 216 Cals of pure crap! ""delicious"" - yet guilt struck as to why I ate it.... Still,,,, you've lost 7.2KG and that in itself is deserving of a mini break! (( don't be too hard on yourself - Looks to me like you are on track ))

We are all bad at times Wee_ems. We are all the product of how we were brought up. I am from an era when a clean plate was being polite; so eating too much was normal. I ballooned to 21 stone in 2012 and am now 5.5 stone lighter but the journey from there to here has been a long one and I am not planning to quit on myself any time soon. I can be the same weight as when I married 25 years ago if I choose to be. But my goals will mean nothing to you will they. And this is the point really. You must choose. For yourself. Not us, not your significant other, not your parents, just you. You do it (good or bad) to yourself, just you. No need to beat yourself up... have faith in yourself. When you are ready to be the person you want to be, then you will choose to be that person and you will be proud of yourself forever. Good luck with it all...

Ems it sounds like you need a bit of retail therapy and a night out with your friends to recharge your batteries and get you motivated again. In reality you have come a really long way and achieved so much so please don't be disheartened, in your words yes you may have lost a battle but I am sure you will win the WAR. Well done on your achievements regroup and come out fighting lol sorry it's all these metaphors couldn't help it lol
