10 7 2 4 I want one of these.Yesterday's 1800 calories was 1000 below maintenance. Not sure how that ice cream cone will effect the carb depletion though. It should be okay... I think. It was a good cone, dang it! Weight will be adjusted at noon. That's my normal weigh in.
