This is what happens when you EAT carbs? You lose? or are we now restricting again?

Restricted 4 days, loading 3. It's fun. It works. It's counter-intuitive.

Would like to know more as well.

Erika and Norma... it's referred to as carb cycling. It manipulates the system into storing carbs as glycogen instead of fat. (Glycogen is the way lean tissue stores carbohydrate for direct energy.) It works for people who are already fairly lean (I'm around 10% bf) and only for those who are active. The high low carb days though, could be switched to higher calorie lower calorie days for those who are trying to lose weight. If you can control it, this would give you several days of very low calories followed by maintenance calorie days. It would be kind of like light at the end of the tunnel, and would help with stabilizing the endocrine system.

Nice drop! Steven, I'd love to see some wet here. I can't remember the last rain here in Philadelphia and my grass looks like straw. No rain in the immediate forecast either.

Thanks. Nowhere near good BF percentage. Working on it.
