Man! Last week while visiting my new grandson :D I didn't restrict carbs. (Photos tomorrow hopefully.) I'm back to cycling and I'm finding that day 3 of low carbs is kicking my a$$! Tomorrow evening begins the carb load.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Kimberly. You'll see it all go back on in a couple of days. :) It's a cycle of low and high calories. It's my maintenance plan. Pretty fun actually, and the low cal days help me stay focused.

The 3rd day of fasting got a lot easier for me when I stopped carb loading on day 4. I realized my body was expecting me to binge so I started limiting calories to 1500 per day on my first two days off with little or no wheat products just veggies and protein.

Thanks Dic. I'm doing essentially the same thing, or have in the post. I'm between 2000 and 1700 cals on low days restricting to 100 gr or less. It was working. I just stepped away for a week. :)
