I am pleased with the drop. Since starting work I am getting a lot more exercise, and though I am still eating "heartily", the extra exercise is obviously making a difference.
I am not working today, as I have prior arrangements, so I was able to go for my morning walk. This is washing day, so I will get plenty running up and down stairs, and our dancing lessons start again today (just in time for "Strictly"/Dancing with the Stars).
I am finding being back at work extremely tiring, and what is supposed to be part time is, for the next couple of weeks, full time. As far as jobs go it is okay. I have got into the swing of things. I know where most of the garages are now, and those I cannot find, I enquire about. And it is extra pocket money!

According to TrendWeight my weight is now trending down and I should reach my target weight by November 6th 2293! Looking forward to that.

My wife likes me the weight I am now but I still want to lose a bit more. For my age, gender and height 78.5 is the top side of healthy BMI, but I doubt I will ever get that low.

Wow Jacko, way to go on the loss. Just shows, if ya move it you'll lose it. I want to eventually get a few pounds lower than my target so I have wiggle room. Don't work too hard☺
